Our head office is in Ukiah, which is situated approximately 2 hours
north of San Francisco, 1 hour northwest of the Napa Valley, and
1 hour east of the renowned Mendocino Coast. Ukiah is a small town
of about 15,000 people.
In the movie industry we cater from Santa Maria, CA to the Nevada
and Oregon borders. We also cater weddings, corporate functions,
etc. We also have a restaurant in Ukiah. We have 42 full time employees
with some employees working the catering side and also working at
the restaurant depending on our schedule.
Do
you have above average leadership abilities? Can you work at the
restaurant and the catering jobs with equal aplomb? Are you someone
who is reliable enough to go out on catering jobs alone and be confident
that not only your cooking skills, but your presentation will be
superior?
In
some instances, we would be willing to train students from culinary
schools.
